Directions Microwave Directions: Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. Add about 2/3 cup water and stir. Microwave on high for 2 minutes 15 seconds and let stand 3 minutes for the hearty, old fashioned oats to tenderize. Stir and enjoy!
