Directions Refrigerate after use. Ingredient List: 1. Butter Mochi Brownie Powder Mix (16 oz bag) 2. 1 cup water (room temp) 3. 2 large eggs (beaten) 4. 1 block (8 tbs) salted butter (melted). Cooking Instructions: 1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Grease 8X8 inch baking pan (vegetable oil spray okay). 3. In a microwavable bowl, melt 1 block (8 tbs) salted butter, cool (set aside). 4. In another small bowl, beat 2 large eggs (set aside). 5. In a large bowl, whisk Butter Mochi Brownie Powder Mix (entire contents of bag) in 1 cup of water (room temp water) for approx 10-15 seconds or until mochi batter is smooth. 6. Next, add butter and eggs to mochi batter, whisk for an additional 10-15 seconds or until mochi butter is smooth. 7. Pour mochi batter into 8X8 inch baking pan. 8. Bake for 55-60 minutes in pre-heated oven until butter mochi begins to pull away from sides of the pan. 9. Cool on cooling rack (approx 1 hour), cut into squares, and serve. Enjoy! 10.
