Directions
Delicious Way to Cook (Rice Cooker): 1. Pour 2 cups of white rice into a supplied pot and rinse, add recommended amount of water. 2. Add 1/2 cup (2.5 oz) of 8 grain mix and 5 fl oz water into a same supplied pot and mix with white rice (This is a suggested amount. Please change as you prefer). Rinse lightly and soak for 30 minutes or longer prior to cooking if softer texture is preferred. 3. Cook as instructed. (Same as white rice). 4. Fluff rice before serving and enjoy. Stove Top for 2 Cups: 1. Pour 2 cups of white rice into a pot and rinse, add 2-3/4 cups of water. 2. Add 1/2 cup (2.5 oz) of 8 grain mix and 5 fl oz water into a same pot and mix with white rice. Rinse lightly and soak for 30 minutes or longer prior to cooking if softer texture is preferred. 3. Cover the pot and bring to boil over medium heat. 4. Reduce to low heat, simmer for 25 minutes or until water is fully absorbed. 5. Remove pot from heat and let it stand covered for 10 to 15 minutes. 6. Fluff rice and serve, Do not use microwave.
