Directions
Need: 1 pouch pancake mix; 1/2 cup water. 1. Combine 6 oz (170 g) pancake mix with 1/2 cup (118 ml) cold water. Using a wire whisk, mix until the large lumps are gone. (Over mixing will make pancakes hard). 2. Lightly grease the skillet over medium heat. 3. Cook pancakes until golden brown, approximately 1 to 1-1/2 minutes per side. 4. For the best experience, add a little butter and one of your favorite Hawaiian Sun syrups! (Coconut, Guava, Lilikoi). We recommend the Strawberry Guava Pancake Mix with Hawaiian Sun's Coconut Syrup, Lilikoi Syrup or Guava Syrup!
