Warning Contains: Care is taken to remove bones, however, some may escape detection. Please use reasonable care with this product.
Directions Keep frozen/do not refreeze. Thawing Instructions: Remove from vacuum pack. Thaw in refrigerator 8-12 hours or overnight. For a quick thaw, place vacuum sealed bag under cold running water for about 15 minutes. Remove from vacuum bag, rinse with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. For best results, do not refreeze after thawing. Cooking Instructions: Pan-fry, pan-sear, char-grill, or broil (and also makes fantastic sashimi and/or Hawaiian style poke). Fish is done when opaque and firm.
