Directions
Stovetop Instructions: 1. Rinse rice thoroughly before cooking. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add salt if desired. 2. Stir in 1 cup of rice, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover. 3. Simmer for 10-20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. 4. Let stand for 5 minutes. 5. Fluff with a fork and serve. Appliances may vary.
