Directions
Keep refrigerated. Perishable. Healthy cooking made easy! Microwave: Place bag this side up; microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until tender. Remove carefully as bag will be warm to the touch. Saute: Heat 1 tablespoon butter or oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Butternut Squash Zig Zags; saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup broth, juice or water; cook 2-3 minutes or until tender. Roast: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place Butternut Squash Zig Zags in a large bowl, toss with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to baking sheet; spread out in a single layer. Roast 20 to 22 minutes or until tender.
