Keep frozen. Preparation Suggestions: Oven - Pre-heat oven on bake to 425 degrees F. Place Starfish Gluten-Free Italian Breaded Sole on a non-oiled baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 minutes turning the fillets after 8-9 minutes and complete baking until sole is golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let the sole cool slightly before serving. Deep Fry: Set deep fryer to 350 degrees F and pre-heat. Once oil has reached temperature place Starfish Gluten-Free Italian Breaded Sole into the oil for 2-3 minutes until fillet is golden brown and crispy. For best results do not overcrowd the fryer with too much fish and remember to allow the temperature to return to pre-heat levels when reloading. Remove from the fryer and place on paper towels, allowing the fillet to cool slightly before serving. To minimize the introduction of gluten into your meal, make sure fryer oil is not used for products that include gluten. Serving Suggestions: Use Starfish Gluten-Free Italian Breaded Sole as an entree, or in sandwiches, tacos and salads. Microwaving fillets is not recommended for best results.
