Directions Keep frozen. How should I serve 'em? Saute' mixed mushrooms with herbs, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Add 1/2 cup of half & half and let sit over low heat until cream is reduced by half. Stove Top: Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp. of oil and 1 cup of mixed mushrooms to the pan. Stir constantly and continue to cook on medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes or until just beginning to brown. Microwave: Place 1 cup of mixed mushrooms in a covered microwaveable container. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the brand of appliance used. Please consult the manufacturer's instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw and refreeze.
