Cooking Instructions: For 2 Portions: 3/4 litre water, 1 glass of milk for 200 gr flour. In a pan add water, salted to taste. When water starts to boil slowly sprinkle the flour into the salted water, stirring on a low heat until no lumps are seen. Cook for approximately five minutes, stirring gently and in the same direction. When almost cooked add the glass of milk. Buon Appetito.
