Directions
What You Need: 1/2 lb. Italian sausage; 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese; 1-1/2 cups hot water. Cooking Instructions: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Crumble sausage into medium skillet; cook until done, stirring frequently. Drain. Spoon sausage into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Add uncooked pasta, pasta sauce, parmesan seasoning and hot water; mix well. Cover. Bake 30 min. Top with mozzarella; bake, uncovered, 8 to 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted and lightly browned. Make it Meatless: Substitute cooked sliced fresh mushrooms for the cooked sausage.
