Taco Skillet, Barbacoa, Medium
Slow-braised beef, three-chile barbacoa sauce, black beans & fire-roasted vegetables. Gourmet Mexican cuisine from chef Rick Bayless. New. All natural (No artificial ingredients, minimally processed). Serves 2. Beef raised without antibiotics. US inspected and passed by Department of Agriculture. From the kitchen of Rick Bayless, award-winning chef, author & TV cooking show host. We dream of traditional Barbacoa, plucked from a wood-fired pit on a hillside above Mexico City. Our tender three chile beef Barbacoa is the real deal and easier to lay your hands on. Serve over rice or with warm tortillas. More recipes at FronteraFoods.com. Facebook. Twitter.
