Directions Preparation: 1 package; 2 cups stock or water; 3 1 tbsp olive oil. Combine Cuban mojo rice & beans with liquid and olive oil in 2-quart pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered, before serving. Serving Suggestions: Pair with roasted pork or poultry; serve alongside grilled meats or seafood. Store in a dry, cool place.
