Directions Heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil or veggie oil and fry the paste over low heat until it smells very fragrant, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add one can (14 fl oz) of coconut cream or coconut milk. Add about 1.5 lbs of sauteed protein or veggies or mushrooms. Season to taste with salt & heat through. Add a splash of fish sauce and some sugar if you like. Sprinkle with cilantro or Thai basil.
