Directions This package contains 2 packages of mashed potato mix. For both bags (6 oz). Makes 4 cups of prepared mashed potatoes. 1. In a medium size pot bring 2-1/2 cups of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt and 4 teaspoons of butter or margarine. 2. Remove from heat and add 1-1/3 cups of milk or non dairy creamer, and both bags of potato mix. 3. Stir with a fork or whip until desired consistency is achieved. For only one bag (3 oz). Makes 2 cups of prepared mashed potatoes. 1. In a small size pot bring 1-1/4 cups water to a boil and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of butter or margarine. 2. Remove from heat and add 2/3 cups of milk or non dairy creamer, and one bag of potato mix. 3. Stir with a fork or whip until designed consistency is achieved. (Water can be used in place of milk or non dairy creamer.) Store in a dry place.
