Directions
Cooking Instructions: The grain is cooked very simply. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil, add one cup of teff, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Toward the end of cooking stir occasionally. Cook Teff with Other Grains: Teff is delicious cooked in combination with brown rice, millet, couscous, buckwheat groats (kasha) and corn meal. The total ratio of grain to boiling water is 1:3. The ratio of teff to other grains is up to you. Store in a cool dry place.
