Directions
Servings: 2; 1/3 box pasta; 2 qt water, 1 tsp salt. Servings: 3; 1/2 box pasta; 3 qt water, 2 tsp salt. Servings: 6; Full box pasta; 5 qt water, 1 tbsp salt. Al Dente: 12 min; Firm: 13 min; Tender: 14 min. 1. Bring water to a boil. Add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta to boiling water cook for 12 to 14 minutes. 3. Drain well and serve as desired. Maintaining perfect pasta - to keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil and refrigerate.
