Directions Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and for poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking. Grill: 1. Prepare grill to medium-heat. 2. Grill desired amouny of thawed sausage, covered 15-20 minutes; turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Stovetop: 1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add desired amount of thawed sausage; cook until browned, turning occasionally (about 5 minutes). 2. Reduce heat; add 1/2 cup water and cover. Cook an additional 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
