Directions
Frying Directions: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer to 375 degrees F. 2. Wash fish or seafood with water, shake off excess water. 3. Place Andy's breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat the fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand tor 5 minutes for best results. 4. Fry fish or seafood tor 3-5 minutes. 5. Remove from oil and drain. 6. Use Caution when cooking with hot oil. When baked/broiled, this product is hot & spicy! Baking Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Spray baking dish with non-stick oil. 3. Wash fish or seafood with water, shake off excess water. 4. Place Andy's breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat the fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 5. Place breaded pieces on baking dish, spray pieces evenly on top with non-stick oil for golden brown color. 6. Bake at 450 degrees F for 7-10 minutes,
