Directions 1. Add contents from bag + 1-1/2 cups water or broth into medium sized saucepan with lid (nonstick works best). Optional: add 1 tbsp. butter or olive oil. 2. Cover with lid and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to medium-low & simmer 14-15 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and let rest covered for 5 minutes. 5. Stir, season to taste, and serve. Yield: about 3 servings. Creative Meal Ideas: Try with sauteed mushrooms or steamed broccoli. Make a grain bowl with lettuce, tomatoes & feta cheese.
