Directions Have it your way! One of the unique qualities of Blue Lotus Chai is that steeping is not necessary! Directions: For an 8 oz cup, bring to boil 4 oz fresh water, add one rounded scoop (1/4 teaspoon) Blue Lotus Chai blend (increase for more spiciness as desired), stir, add 4 oz. of the milk of your choice and heat. That's all, you're done! Traditionally, sweetener is always used in masala chai to enhance and harmonize the lively flavors of the spices. Choose whatever suits you: sugar, agave syrup, honey, etc., or no sweetener at all. We suggest 1 tsp sweetener as a good jumping off point. Have it your way! We encourage you to experiment by adjusting the amount of Blue Lotus Chai blend, milk and sweetener to find the perfect cup for you. Try it over ice for a refreshing change. Bamboo scoop enclosed.
