Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to heat. Cooking time may vary. Caution: food may be hot! Handle with care. Stove Top: Place frozen gnocchi into 6 quarts of boiling [salted (Optional: add 2 teaspoons of salt to water prior to boiling.)] water. Gently stir until gnocchi rise to the surface. When water returns to a boil cook for 3-4 minutes (ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F). Drain and serve with your favorite sauce. Keep frozen.
