Microwave Oven: Place pocket on microwave-safe plate. 2:00 min (microwave instructions are based on using the high-power setting of a 1000-watt microwave. Be sure to cook pockets until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Do not leave conventional oven or toaster oven unattended while heating) Cook one pocket at a time. Let cool 5 min before eating. 350 degrees F. Conventional Oven: Place pocket on oven-safe baking tray. 18-22 min (microwave instructions are based on using the high-power setting of a 1000-watt microwave. Be sure to cook pockets until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Do not leave conventional oven or toaster oven unattended while heating). Preheat for best results. It will be worth the wait! Keep frozen. Best by date applies only if kept frozen. Once refrigerated, use within 1 week.
