Directions
Keep frozen; cook thoroughly. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food product may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meal and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. For Food Safety: Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees before eating. Since appliance vary, cooking time and temperature may require adjustment. Remove sauce pouches prior to cooking, thaw in warm water. Stove Top (Preferred Method): 1. Add 2 teaspoons oil to a non-stick pan and swirl to coat evenly. Add half bag of potstickers and 1/3 cup water. Gently shake pan. 2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 8-9 minutes. 3. Remove lid (oil may splash) and cook over medium high for 2-3 minutes until water has evaporated and bottoms are browned. Boil: 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add half bag of potstickers and bring back to a boil. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain carefully. To Brown (Optional): Heat pan to medium high, add 2 teaspoons oil to pan. Carefully add boiled potstickers to pan (oil may splash) and cook 2-3 minutes until bottoms are browned. Microwave - 1100 Watt: 1. Place 5 potstickers in a microwave safe bowl. Cover with water. 2. Heat on high for 4-5 minutes. 3. Carefully drain water.
