Red lentil pasta cooks just like traditional pasta! Simply boil 4-6 quarts of salted water, add the pasta and boil for 7-9 minutes. We love to cook our red lentil pasta for 7 minutes for a true ""Al Dente"" texture, but you can add +1-2 extra minutes for more tender pasta.

Red Lentil Flour.
Directions
1. Boil 4-6 quarts of salted water.
2. Add pasta and boil for 7 minutes + 1 or 2 extra minutes for more tender pasta.
3. Drain well.
4. Pair with your favorite vegetables + olive oil or top with barilla sauce!
Tip: Stir 1/2 cup pasta water into sauce for best results.
