Directions Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook do not thaw refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top-Skillet (Recommended): Place contents of package into a preheated nonstick skillet and cover with lid. Cook over medium-high heat to steam for 10-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain any excess water. Optional: Finish sauteing with olive oil. Stove Top - Boil: Place contents of package into boiling water for 1-3 minutes to desired texture. Microwave: Place package on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes (Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens for 70-watt microwave increase cook time to 11-12 minutes) (Water will be released from zucchini during heating and accumulate in package. Gently peel tab open, drain excess water and serve. Caution: Package will be hot. Avoid water in package. Drain excess water in strainer. See bottom panel for recipe. Keep frozen.
