Directions
Preparation Instructions: For Tender, Fluffy Rice: Combine in 3-quart saucepan 2 cups water, 1 cup uncooked rice and if desired, 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil. Turn heat down low and cover with a lid. Simmer 10-12 minutes or until all water is absorbed and the rice is tender. Remove from heat and allow the rice to sit (covered) for 5-10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
Store in a cool, dry place.
