Black Beans, Parboiled Brown Rice, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Spices (Including Parsley, Red Pepper, Turmeric), Cocoa Powder Processed with Alkali, Roasted Garlic, Yeast Extract, Carrot Powder, Calcium Chloride, Citric Acid, Brown Sugar, Lime Juice Concentrate & Natural Flavor.

Directions 10 minute cook time. Stove Top Directions: Cook: Mix 1-1/2 cups water and 1 tbsp. butter in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to boil. Add Rice Mix. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed. For softer rice, simmer an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy: Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Tips and Tricks: Create your own signature power bowl. Prepare rice as directed. Choose your favorite colorful toppings, such as red onion, corn, avocado, sprouts, baby spinach leaves and chopped tomatoes.
