Directions Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. How to cook the very best burger. Lightly season both sides of each burger with kosher salt (optional). Keep Burgers refrigerated until ready to cook. Starting with a clean and oiled grill, cook Burgers over high heat for 8-10 minutes ro until desired temperature is reached (The USDA recommends cooking Burgers to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71.1 degrees C). To keep burgers juicy, flip each Burger only once halfway through cooking time and do not press down on Burgers while cooking. Build Burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
