Adding chia to your diet is easy! Simply add 1-2 tablespoons of our delicious chia seed to almost any meal! Add to your favorite smoothie. Top your salad or blend into your salad dressing. Enhance yogurt with Chia. Sprinkle on oatmeal or on top of any breakfast cereal. Blend into your favorite muffin or pancake recipe. Storage: Dry seeds will store in sealed container for up to 2 years at room temperature. Gel Recipe: Use 1/3 cup chia seeds to 2 cups water or juice to create gel to mix with drinks or use in cooking. Keep refrigerated.
