Directions Now let's make some pancakes. All you need is water! Mix: 4 - 4 Inch Pancakes: 2/3 cup mix; 1/2 cup water. Make the Entire Bag 4 Inch Pancakes: 1 bag mix; 1-3/4 to 2 cups water. Make: Mix until just combined. For thinner pancakes, add more water. For thicker pancakes, add more mix. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet, flip once, and serve. Prefer Waffles? To make four-to-six 4 inch waffles, blend: 3/4 cup mix, 1/2 cup water, and 1 tbsp. oil (we suggest coconut oil). Cook according to waffle iron instructions.
