Beer of historic proportion. Beer and the 1910 Fire: On August 22nd 1910 Wallace, Idaho was on fire. The local water was polluted with typhoid so the Wallace Mayor issued a proclamation for all saloons to stay open around the clock and forbid the populace to consume anything but beer. We Saved the Beer: In 2009 Wallace Brewing opened with the aim of preserving the heritage of a town loaded with flavor and a history of hard rock mining and bordellos. Like them, we work hard for your pleasure. Vindicator IPA: Named after a deep, dark, rich mine shaft, this beer carries on its namesake's traits. Well balanced and full flavored with a smooth finish, this is our most popular brew and the first to be bottled. Enjoy. Wallacebrewing.com. 7% alc/vol.
