Directions
You’ll need. 1/2 lb raw boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 1 chicken breast, diced). 1 cup reduced fat milk. 1-1/2 cups water. Yum in 3 steps. (1) Cook: Fully cook (For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Cook thorougly to internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F. Refrigerate leftovers) 1/2 lb of diced chicken in a skillet. (2) Add: In the same skillet, add 1-1/2 cups of water, 1 cup of reduced fat milk, seasoning, and pasta. Stir well until boiling. (3) Relax: Reduce heat. Simmer covered and stir occasionally for 10-11 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place.
