The cake ingredients contain raw materials that may contain food-borne bacteria and thus requires further processing by baking prior to consumption to minimize any food safety risk. Do not eat raw cake batter.
Directions Cake Ingredients: 2 large eggs. 1/3 cup water. 1/4 cup oil. Cake mix included. Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease sides & bottom of pans with oil spray. Mix: With a mixer blend cake mix pouch with eggs, water, and oil in large bowl at low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape sides of bowl. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide cake mix evenly and pour mix into pans. Bake: Place both on a large cookie sheet on middle oven rack. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cakes in pans for 7 - 10 minutes. Remove by lightly shaking to loosen. Flip over on cooling rack. Allow cake to cool for 1 hour before frosting. Icing Ingredients: 1 stick butter. 8 oz cream cheese. Icing mix included. Mix: Mix butter and cream cheese at low speed until smooth. Add icing mix slowly. Switch to medium speed and mix another 2 - 5 minutes until icing is spreadable. Icing: Decorate cake with icing. Cover lower layer of cake with icing thoroughly before topping with upper layer. Make sure filling between between layers is even. Finishing touches may be applied with an icing knife, frosting bag with tips, or a simple utensil like a spoon or a fork. Let your imagination run wild & enjoy! Tiles; stripes; waves; swirls.
