Directions Buffalo Cauliflower Seasoning Mix: You Will Need: 2 lbs. Fresh cauliflower (about 1/2 head of medium-size cauliflower); 2 tbsp. Water; 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil; Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping (optional). Directions: Makes 7 servings. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. 2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, toss florets with oil. Spread florets in single layer on the baking sheet. Roast in 400 degrees F oven until crispy tender (about 10 -11min). 3. While florets are baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a big bowl, mix 1 pouch seasoning with water until smooth. 4. Toss roasted florets in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately. Optional: Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
