Cook thoroughly before eating. Baking Directions: Oven Preferred: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen tenders in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake on middle rack for about 13 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Turn halfway. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Microwave: Remove tenders from packaging and spread evenly on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, flip and then cook an additional 45 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Caution: Product will be hot! Ovens and microwaves vary, heating times are approximate. Keep frozen until ready to use.
