Directions
Boudin san francisco sourdough stuffing what you'll need: 6.5 cups (1 bag) boudin® sourdough stuffing 1 1/4 cups chopped onions 3/4 cup chopped celery 3/4 tsp salt 3 tablespoons olive oil saute pan 1 1/4 cups chicken (or turkey) broth 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley - remove stems, the leaves are the best part juice of 1/2 small lemon (or 1/4 large lemon) 1/4 cup olive oil large mixing bowl 9" x 13" baking dish - or equivalent vegetable oil spray makes 10 servings preparation: step 1: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Step 2: in saute pan add onion, celery, 3 tablespoons olive oil and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Saute over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Step 3: in large mixing bowl, combine boudin stuffing mix, chicken broth, parsley, sauteed veggies and 1/4 cup olive oil. Mix together well. Add lemon juice and mix again. Step 4: coat the baking dish with vegetable oil spray. Place mixture into the baking dish - spreading out evenly in a single layer. Step 5: bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove, stir and put back in the oven another 20 minutes.
