Directions Baja Fish Recipe: Makes 6 servings/ready in 30 minutes. Breading: 1/2 cup flour; 2 tsp. Littles Cuisine Street Taco Mix. Dredge: 1/2 cup beer; 1/2 cup flour; 2 tsp. Littles Cuisine Street Taco Mix; 1 lb skinless white fish, cut into strips and patted dry; 12 white corn tortillas. White Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1/2 sour cream; 2 tsp. Littles Cuisine Street Taco Mix; 2 tsp. lime juice. 1. Combine the ingredients to make the breading, dredge and white sauce. 2. Dip each strip of fish in the breading, then the dredge. 3. Fry the fish in hot oil on stovetop, turning once. 4. Slice fish and serve with warm tortillas. 5. Top with shredded cabbage, diced mango, sliced jalapenos, squeeze of lime and pico de gallo; drizzle with white sauce.
