Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: 1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, saute the Roasted Garlic Seasoned Diced Chicken Thighs until fully cooked and lightly browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes (USDA recommends cooking chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F). 2. Turn the heat to medium-low. Add 1/2 cup of water, the Mushroom Risotto Broth, and the Arborio Rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cover and continue to cook until the rice is thick and creamy, stirring occasionally, about 8-9 minutes. 3. Spoon the creamy risotto into a serving bowl. Enjoy! Keep refrigerated.
