Opulent and fresh, textured and lifted, this year’s blend of Estate fruit offers enticing orchard fruit ready to enjoy. VINEYARD: Argyle farms four estate vineyards making up nearly 500 acres in the Willamette Valley, with the majority in the Eola-Amity Hills and Dundee Hills nested AVAs. VITICULTURE: Regenerative farming encourages the symbiotic relationship between the earth and the vine in tandem with the development of habitats for native flora and fauna. Our result from sustainable and responsible practices includes healthier soils, energetic vineyards and fruit. TECHNICAL INFORMATION COMPOSITION: 100% Chardonnay AVA: Willamette Valley AVA ABV: 13.0% BRIX AT HARVEST: 21.1 TA: 6 g/L PH: 3.25 CLONES: 76, 95, 96, 548 FERMENTATION: Chilled, whole clusters are pressed and juice is settled for 3-5 days and later racked into barrel for fermentation lasting 4 weeks. AGING: 10 months in 10% new French oak, all barrels went through 100% malo-lactic conversion COOPERAGE: Tight grain, medium toast barrels from a variety of coopers CASES: 2000
