If purchased frozen, thaw in refrigerator and use within 10 days. Once opened, do not refreeze. Grill. Skillet: 1. Season patty. 2. Preheat the grill or skillet to medium to medium-high heat. 3. If using a skillet, add oil to prevent sticking. Cook about 4 minutes per side. 4. Do not overcook. The edge and interior of the patty will be slightly pink even when fully cooked. Do not cook in microwave. Caution: Never leave cooking appliance unattended while in use.
