Directions Keep in a cool, dry place. Dissolve 1 teaspoon into 1 cup boiling water to make 1 cup broth. 1 teaspoon granulated bouillon = 1 cube bouillon = 1 packet bouillon. Uses: Add to soup, stew, gravies, sauces and stir-fry and bring to a boil; add to water when boiling rice, pasta, couscous, potatoes and vegetables; use to season beef prior to cooking to 160 degrees F, for ground beef, cook to 165 degrees F; mix 1 teaspoon bouillon into each pound of ground meat and cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F when making meatloaf, burgers and meatballs.
