Directions
Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen prior to use. For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not leave appliances unattended as cooking times may vary. Microwave: Peel back film, remove Oaties and set aside. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, add Oaties back to bowl, re-cover, and cook on high for an additional 2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Based on a 1200 watt microwave oven.
Keep frozen.
