Directions Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry/Skillet: Place desired number of slices in unheated skillet (slices will separate upon heating). Cook slowly, turning frequently to brown evenly. Drain on absorbent paper. Oven Bake: Separate slices of bacon and place on wire rack and set in a baking pan. Bake, without turning, in hot oven (about 420 degrees F) for about 15 minutes or until crisp. Microwave: Cover plate with paper towels. Place bacon strips on towels. Cook on high power. 2 slices: 1-1/2 to 2 minutes (Additional time may be needed to reach your desired crispness). 4 slices: 2-1/2 to 3 minutes (Additional time may be needed to reach your desired crispness).
