Directions For Food Safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165 degrees F before use. Refrigerate leftovers. Must be cooked thoroughly. This side up in microwave. Microwave directions: Do Not Open, Pierce, or Thaw Package Before Cooking: 1. Gently shake package side to side to evenly distribute contents. 2. Place one frozen, unopened package this side up in microwave. 3. Microwave on High for recommended cooking time; 700-800 wattage for 5 cooking minutes; 900-1000 wattage for 4 cooking minutes; 1100-1200 wattage for 3-1/2 cooking minutes. Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate. 4. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: package will be hot. 5. Carefully remove package from microwave. 6. Cut open package, pour, stir and enjoy! Stove top directions: Open package and pour frozen vegetables into a saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain.
