Directions Basic Prep: Bring 2 cups water or stock to a boil. Add 1 cup Incan Quinoa Blend. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Makes 3 cups cooked. Store in a cool, dry place. Cut to open.
