Cooked Whole Grain Brown Rice (Water and Rice), Cooked Whole Grain Oats (Water and Oats), Cooked Whole Grain Red Jasmine Rice (Water and Rice), and Cooked Whole Grain Wild Rice (Water and Wild Rice), Seasoning (Salt, Cane Sugar, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spices, Turmeric). Directions 1. Open box and remove pouch. 2. Microwave for 3 minutes (Cooking Instructions: Microwave: 1. Place rice pouch in microwave with seam side up. 2. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes until bag balloons up for about 30 seconds. 3. Allow time for steam to vent, tear open pouch, serve and enjoy! Stovetop: Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for 8-12 minutes. Note: This product is not ready to eat, it must be heated to 165 degrees prior to consumption.) 3.
