Beer, Back in Da Haze IPA
Hop & lock. Back in da haze, we were dropping fresh loads of hops into our brews after the boil, and even more in the fermenter. People thought we were cray: why would you waste so much $$ and hops?! Now they call it cold pooling and DDH. My how times have changed, but we're still blasting out IPAs with juicy flavors for the hopheads, things are just a bit hazier. Friggidy fresh.
