Cooking Instructions: To get the best flavor and texture, add 1 cup of Laxmi Basmati Rice to bowl, cover with water, and rinse. Repeat until water runs clear. Boil 2 cups of water in pot. Add rinsed rice and salt to taste (optional). Cover pot and reduce to low-medium heat. Simmer rice for approx. 8-10 minutes, checking periodically. Rice will be ready once water is absorbed, and grains are fluffy and tender. Turn off heat and let sit until ready to eat.
