Directions You'll Need: 1 pkg McCormick Slow Cooker Sauce; 2 lbs beef stew cubes; 4 cups cut-up vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots and onion. Prep Time: 10 min. Place beef and vegetables in slow cooker. Stir in sauce; mix to coat well. Cover. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high. Stir before serving. Simple Twist: Herbed Mushroom & Wine Beef Stew: Add 2 cups each sliced mushrooms and chopped onions in place of the vegetables. Stir 1/2 cup dry red wine with sauce. Tear & pour.
